    Terms of Service

    Last updated April 28, 2026

These are the terms for using Parlorly. They're written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, write to us at hello@parlorly.com.

    What Parlorly is

Parlorly is a private home for gathering coordination — invitations, RSVPs, dietary tracking, host prep, and series governance for households and friend groups. It is not a food safety certification service.

    Dietary information

Parlorly surfaces guest-reported dietary restrictions and allergies to help hosts plan. This information is self-reported and not verified. Parlorly does not certify that any menu is safe for guests with food allergies or medical dietary needs. Hosts and guests are responsible for confirming dietary safety directly.

    Privacy of gatherings

Events on Parlorly are private. Guest lists, RSVPs, home addresses, and household information are not publicly accessible.

    Acceptable use

Parlorly is for private social gatherings among known households. It is not for commercial events, public events, or events organized for strangers.

    Payments

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then, and we won't bill you again.

    Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from household settings.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

    Read the Privacy Policy

Parlorly is operated by Polkadot Parasol LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
